1. Service Overview

Our Service ("Service," "we," "us," "our") is a cloud-based feature flag management platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, applications, and services.

2. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately. Multiple user accounts are available through our designated plans.

API Keys

Using API keys in browser environments may expose the key to third parties. If you choose to use API keys in this manner, you are responsible for ensuring that you are not exposing any secrets in your feature flags, and you accept full responsibility for any third-party API key usage that results. We recommend using our service server-side where possible.

3. Subscription and Payments

All fees are processed through our payment partners, with prices listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the subscription interval you select (monthly or annually). We reserve the right to modify pricing with 60 days' written notice for current subscribers. Service access may be interrupted if payment fails.

Customers can cancel at any time and will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period after payment has been processed.

We do not collect any taxes (including VAT), and users are responsible for the payment of taxes in their locality, if applicable.

Usage Limits

Exceeding your plan limits will result in the specific resource being unavailable until your plan is upgraded or the monthly usage resets. For API call limits, this means your applications may be unable to fetch feature flag data until usage limits are restored or increased. We recommend monitoring your usage regularly and upgrading your plan proactively to avoid service interruptions.

4. Data and Privacy

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for complying with privacy laws and appropriately managing your data and secrets.

5. Service Availability and Support

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with a target uptime of 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance. We may modify the Service at any time and provide support through designated channels. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific features or updates.

6. Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree to operate within legal and ethical boundaries. This includes respecting laws and regulations, protecting intellectual property rights, and maintaining account security.

You must not share access credentials, use the Service for unauthorized purposes, attempt to breach security measures, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

Fair Use Policy

While we strive to offer generous or unlimited usage limits for our services, all usage is subject to our Fair Use Policy. This policy is designed to ensure that all customers have a reliable and consistent experience.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and may take action if we determine that your use of the service:

  • Unreasonably exceeds typical usage patterns of other customers on the same plan,
  • Causes a negative impact on the performance or availability of the service for other users, or
  • Involves automated or abusive behavior not aligned with the intended use of the service.

In such cases, we may temporarily throttle, limit, or suspend your access, or work with you to find a more suitable plan for your needs. We'll always make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action, unless the situation requires immediate intervention for service stability or security.

7. Intellectual Property

While we retain all rights to the Service itself, you maintain ownership of your content. We may use your feedback to improve our services, and we are committed to respecting all copyright and trademark rights.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
